INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 cup chopped romaine leaves, ribs removed

1 cup chopped kale leaves, ribs removed

1 medium tomato, chopped

1 tablespoon oregano oil

2 cups purified water (pH-balanced)

1 In a large blender, combine the vinegar, romaine, kale, tomato, and oregano oil.

2 Blend the ingredients on high until thoroughly combined and frothy.

3 Add the water gradually and continue blending until desired consistency is reached.

4 Consume immediately or store tightly sealed and unrefrigerated up to 4 hours.
